I have upped my step count, trying to do 8,000 steps a day, 30 minute workouts 5 times a week (body weight ones for now)
Have stopped snacking in the evenings, and have cut down on takeaways.
My bmi is 26.3 down from 28.
However I hold the fat in my stomach.
Any tips how to lose the fat on the stomach?
I go on holiday in 8 weeks!
