Back support cushion recommendations please?

Suffering with lower back pain / sciatica at the moment and looking for a cushion to support my back when I’m sat down.
has anyone got any recommendations?

Watching with interest as I also have back ache

I bought a v shaped one. Biggest thing I did though was start regular Pilates.

Watching for inspiration as I sit here with my usual rolled up hand towel supporting the base of my spine.
