Deodorant for child

Ds1 is nearly 10 and thinks his armpits have started to smell. We don't have a shower in the house so baths are at night, wash in the morning. He washed armpits this morning, but said it "didn't work" as his armpits were smelling by lunchtime. I'm not convinced but he'd like a deodorant.

Are there any that are ok for kids?

You could try one of the natural ones like Fussy. Can't remember the others but many are sold in supermarkets now.

We started our kids on Sure roll on deodorants when the body odour stared and they worked really well -and my DS is 15 now and still uses sure roll on.

Hi! Wild/ fussy are good .. just make sure they are dry before applying .. I found they were effective on ds, as then they literally bathe in aftershave afterwards!

You can just buy normal off-the-shelf deoderant/antiperspirant. Any brand will do.

My ds just used whatever he chose in supermarket from age 9. Nivea / sure / lynx etc.
Now an adult and at the time it was just the case of grab whatever.

Dd13 is the same now though..just picks up one in a Shop or online.

@Starship475 that looks perfect thank you.

I'm keen to find something more natural given that he's so young.

At 10 I was just using normal deodorant/antiperspirant (as were all the girls in my class, as far as I know from the changing rooms after swimming class).
Wild doesn't work, I know a few people who have used it and spoke very highly of it and honestly they all smelt of BO, so I wouldn't waste your money on that. Salt of the earth is natural and more effective than Wild.
Honestly at that age I would just get him a normal deodorant rather than risk him being picked on at school as the smelly child /child with weird deodorant.
