Can I use more than one offer at Ocado? Eg two meal deals ?

I'm using Ocado while laid up with a bad back and DH working away. I'm hoping to use their pasta offer and the meat and fish 3 for £12 and the freezer filler but it doesn't look like you can do more than one
Does anyone know if you can do more than one offer ? Painful if not. And a shame ! I really can't carry stuff so don't want to go out for it all and Ocado offers the free from foods we need as a family

bother

You should be able to. Just select the items on the offer and it'll calculate the rest in your basket.
Most of my Ocado shopping is offers!

RitaAndFrank · 26/03/2025 19:19

I don’t think there should be a problem there op. The total cost should show up in your trolley? Virtually everything I buy from Ocado is on offer!

For the Italian meal deal it said one offer applied and gave me a tick but for the freezer fillers it says 5 items added but not that offer is applied and I can't be arsed to calculate it all.
Maybe I'll just go for it.
It's only showing £7 saving which isn't as much as it should be across the three deals which is why I wondered

You can. You can click to see only items in the offer and fill it that way.

Longma · 26/03/2025 19:30

Yes you can. I do it regularly.

WhereYouLeftIt · 26/03/2025 19:30

I just randomly picked items for the Italian Meal and the Freezer Fillers and all those items are showing in my basket as being part of deals.

TBH, almost all of my Ocado shopping is deals!

It will tell you when you check out if you’ve missed an offer and the items in your basket should say offer on them
I’ve not seen a limit and my delivery always has multiple offers within it

Twinstudy · 26/03/2025 19:39

You definitely can, like PPs most of my ocado shop is offers. It'll tell you when you go to checkout if you've missed an offer (like if you've got four instead of five freezer items)

IsThisNameTaken · 26/03/2025 19:42

If you click on the 'i' on an item when viewing your whole basket it will tell you which offer it is applying.

I don't normally shop at Ocado but buy a few things a couple of times a year.

Not so long ago I got the freezer filler deal, a pizza meal deal, two lots of £2 off if you buy 3 high protein ready meals, a couple of other discounts and I used two money off vouchers, one was £15 off a £60 spend and I got another £20 off because they cancelled my first order a few hours before it was due to be delivered and I had to rebook for the next day.

The full price before all the offers and discounts was £89, but I only paid about £37. I didn't pay for delivery either, I always have the choice of mostly free slots, which I can't workout why. I don't have a delivery pass, my last order also had free delivery despite only spending £41.

So in my experience you can have as many offers as you like.

I think k started a shop when there was a deal on which is now gone and for some reason some meat in three for £12 wasn't working but I have switched items and the saving rocketed by £7 so I think I'm getting the deal but will check with all the extra knowledge I'm armed with thank you

It's not a problem to buy several offers.

It sounds as though you might have selected some items outside the offer, or not selected enough items from the available choice to activate the offer. For instance three items on the pasta meal and you've only picked two.
Go back to the items you know were in the offers, and click on the deal name "3 for £12" etc. That opens a list of available items, how many you can have from each group (eg 2 sides and 1 main in a meal deal) and will show the date when the offer expires.

Then you can double check your selection to make sure you've activated the offer.

As you checkout there will be a Missed Offers section which can be helpful.

Pollydoodledoo · 26/03/2025 20:20

The weird thing was in the meat where it did say 3 for £12 and there was a green tick to say three selected but no saving popped up until I changed products in the offer. Weird.

FFS. Super short use by dates on my order.
How do I complain? I can't go out and have no freezer room. You know. Because I bought freezer things too.
I'm so angry. I was trying to make life easier by buying easy things and here I am with enough food to feed 8 people by Monday and nothing after that. Other than a packet of crisps. Bloody thwarted I am
