Vinted bundle

I’ve just had a buyer put 2 of my items together in a bundle and buy them for a low price. It’s marked as sold and there is no option to refuse. I don’t want to sell the items for such a low price. I’ve messaged Vinted but no response. Anyone got any ideas what I can do?

Bundle prices are in your settings. I have them on mine. You can edit them to suit. Have you checked yours?

You'll be able to cancel the sale. Then you need to change your settings to remove or change your bundle discounts (usually automatically set to 50%).

Check your settings- you can disable bundle discounts.

You have to cancel the order. I think somewhere in the top right hand corner, when you click on the bundle message, you can select cancel order. You don't need anyone from Vinted to do it for you. It'll leave you an automatic negative rating if you do this more than once but I think on a first time cancelling something, it doesn't matter

As above, if you have bundle discounts then they will apply once someone creates a bundle to buy. You can edit on your profile. If they have offered a lower price for both which people often do then you need to accept or reject it before it goes to them to pay.

Thanks everyone. Went to my settings and bundle discount option was on and set to 25%. I had no idea and I’ve now removed this option. I’ve also cancelled the order.
