I suffer with trigeminal nerve had local anaesthetic last week to remove tooth felt no pain at site but all teeth to left ache within mins of the injection. Was planning to have Maryland bridge in 6 months when gum healed(front lower tooth) but worried about having local as do not think I can tolerate teeth pain for an hour whilst bridge fitted. Has anyone had a Maryland done without local.
