I’m being dim. New format Mumsnet-how do I quote another poster?

How do you quote a bit of someone else’s post? I can quote the whole post. How do I quote a sentence?

I usually just copy and paste, I didn't know if there is any other way to do just part of a post.

Go to the post -select the 3 dots on the right side and choose quote - easy peasy

Yes-I can do this^. But what if I just wanted to quote “easy peasy”?
