Thinking of relocating to Aberdour and I was wondering what local people think the cons and pros are of living here. Many thanks :-)

Expensive but beautiful. Which direction will you travel for work? Will it involve going over the bridge at rush hour 🤔?

It’s gorgeous but very difficult to buy there. Properties are snapped up straight away.

Busy in the summer with folk flicking to the tiny beach when the sun comes out!

Wonderful community, lovely beaches (one of which is avoided by locals in the summer due to the influx of beach goers). Great family tennis club, parks, cafes, lovely coastal walks and short train/drive to Edinburgh. There is a great local festival each summer. Difficult to get a property and house prices seem to have gone a bit mad.
