My wife has been diagnosed with gall stones and I was wondering if there is anything out there that could help or even reduce the stones.

I'm currently going through this. Apparently once they're causing pain, removal is recommended. If she's not experiencing pain then losing weight and eating a healthy diet should help.

Basically get on the waiting list for the removal, until then reduce the amount of fat eaten to stop flare ups

Eat nothing that contains more than 5% fat.

Get the gallbladder removed. Best think I ever did. No more pain.
