I've had coffee and now contemplating my choices Smile

Avocado on toast here.

I’ve never heard of shakshouka but just googled and I don’t think I’d like it as I don’t like eggs or peppers or spicy things for breakfast!

stillhiding1990 · 23/03/2025 08:56

Some berries, mango kefir and the 35 grain gut mix from M and S

ThisLimeShaker · 23/03/2025 08:56

Usual overnight oats. May go for a roast later.

Butter, one with jam and one with marmite! They are all mine and most will end up in the freezer for next weekend!

I love crumpets and I have about 50 million different 'favourite' toppings!!

I would definitely need to get the remainder in the freezer ASAP, or it's all too easy to eat them during the day instead of proper food!!

SomethingFun · 23/03/2025 08:57

Fry up and pikelets. But at brunchtime rather than breakfast time.

jacktheladess · 23/03/2025 08:58

I can’t decide, had my coffee now do I have bacon or lemon curd on my crumpets?

Binman · 23/03/2025 08:59

Oh I love lemon curd.

I've had Greek yogurt and granola.

I don't think I've heard anyone talk about pikelets since I lived in New Zealand!!

Xiaoxiong · 23/03/2025 08:59

Fried egg on toast with kimchi and a generous sprinkle of mixed seeds.

Lemon curd!

So I imagine if you're a meat eater (which I'm not) both together could be interesting!!

Triakne · 23/03/2025 09:00

A bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon, a wedge of melon and lots of coffee

Whattheduck · 23/03/2025 09:00

Just having my first coffee
Going to have an almond croissant with black cherry jam and another coffee once I’ve done a few jobs

I bought that gut mix last week, I'm finding it very 'earthy' not sure I'm a fan yet!

I had 50g oats, 10g flax, blueberries and a tiny bit of peanut butter with pink salt, soaked in water and heated through.

Then as it cooled, I added plain kefir and Greek yoghurt and banana on top.

SillySallie · 23/03/2025 09:08

Chive breakfast crepes with cheese.

AdaColeman · 23/03/2025 09:11

Fruit juice and madeleines here.

NorthernChinchilla · 23/03/2025 09:11

Big black coffee, then boiled egg (from our chickens!) with soldiers. It'll be BLT for lunch Smile

MyNameIsBatty · 23/03/2025 09:13

My 8 month olds left over spinach and cheese omelette. I totally get what parents of babies mean now when they say all they eat are scraps 🤣

TaggieO · 23/03/2025 09:21

I let DS choose so we had marmite bagels and then strawberries. He’s marmite obsessed so 9 times out of 10 breakfast ends up being something bready with marmite on tbh

slapmyarseandcallmemary · 23/03/2025 09:23

Antibiotics coffee and 2 slice of seeded brown toast with butter and lemon and lime marmalade

DilemmaDelilah · 23/03/2025 09:25

I had a bacon sandwich and some cherry yoghurt with granola

londongirl12 · 23/03/2025 09:28

@Ilovelowryi love it - the coriander seed can be overpowering but the goji berries evens it out. In kefir and fruit you can’t really taste it, lots of texture though.

Fruit toast and a yoghurt.

We’re going out for a lovely meal later , it’s our Ruby wedding anniversary ( 40 years) .

Happy ruby anniversary! Hope you enjoy your special meal! 💐🍾
