Question about housing rights

If you have neighbours that are causing you high levels of distress with their behaviour, but they won’t stop the neighbours behaviour, are you entitled to be moved by the council. For example witnessing severe domestic abuse (traumatic) or neighbours that are smoking weed and it’s effecting your enjoyment of your home. And the council have told you that they can’t move you for these reasons even though you can’t sleep and it’s effecting your quality of life. is that correct

No you aren't entitled to be moved by the council. You are adequately housed even if you don't like the neighbours
