Stupid/Embarrassing things that you've done today?

What stupid and/or embarrassing thing have you done today?

I went to Aldi to do some shopping. Unloaded everything on the conveyor belt. She was just about to start scanning when I realised I didn't have my wallet.
I took everything off and slunk off into a corner. Then managed to put my card into Google wallet. And had to go back and then got it scanned and paid.

I can't believe I forgot my wallet thank g-d for google wallet!

Anyone else done anything stupid today?

I’m not sure about Aldi, but at Morrisons they would scan all your items and then give you a different type of reciept. They’d store your shopping. then you go home, get your card, produce your ‘receipt’ and pay for it!

Anyway. I used to have a very bad stutter as a child. I’ve overcome it, but sometimes it plays up. At work today I answered the phone and stammered my way through ‘helllo, X workplace, this is Bookaholic speaking’.
I have no ideas why my stammer appeared right then, but I was mortified!
