De ja vu nausea

I’ve been getting a horrible de ja vu sensation over the last few weeks. I used to get this a long time ago but now it’s back and worse than ever.

it can be set off by all sorts of innocuous things. A tv programme , somebody saying something etc. It makes me feel so sick and horrible when it happens. Like my gut spasms like I’ll vomit or get diarrhoea and a horrible sensation in my scalp.

has Anybody had this and found a remedy?

I’m scared of going to the GP as it sounds so ridiculous. It also brings up epilepsy when I search on it. I absolutely don’t feel this is neurological on any way and can’t risk being advised/prevented from driving.

Go to the GP, this could absolutely be neurological. Could be focal seizures, migraines or possibly a symptom of something more serious such as brain tumour (don't worry unduly but good to rule it out). I know you had it before but still.
