Can’t use a flipping hand wash bottle! 😳😳

If anyone can’t help a hopeless woman….

Bought a bottle of hand wash and I just can’t use it! The logic would be that pressing on the top would allow me to ‘get’ some soap. Instead, it seems to stuck. I can’t press on it.
Tried to turn it right and left to no avail.

What am I missing?!?

I feel so stupid right now 🫣🫣

I’ve had so many pumps that won’t open that I only buy solid soap now!

I struggle too with these type of bottles and sometimes they just don’t pump!
