Problems with Sainsburys on Line

For the past two days I have been unable to see future booking slots , I can see Click and collect , they are all there but only next week for the on line shopping. This is ridiculous, I have always been able to book 4 weeks ahead. I have changed from Chrome to Edge , did not work, cleared cookies and chache, did not work, nothing works. Sure it cannot be me.

I can see the slots on my phone but not on my desktop. I have cleared everything over again it is most odd. I have had to ring Sainsburys and they have booked me in for a future date as they can see all of the slots. One of life's mysteries I guess.

Why not just book the slot on your phone?

Looks as if I am going to have to in future. I find it such a faff trying to get the slots showing on the phone. Why do they make everything so hard to use. I have tried deleting everything again this morning, so annoying as have to log in to a load of things again and again putting all your details in. I think it must just be my desktop. Sainsburys reckon their tech team will contact me. I wont hold my breath.

This morning even Thursday's delivery disappeared before my very eyes while I was watching and was not in my up and coming orders list. It was even telling to amend the following week's order. I thought, come on , this is ridiculous. Anyroad pleased to say, that bit came back. Whether someone is working on the site I am not sure at all.

I'm trying Sainsbury delivery for the first time. With Tesco I would book a slot and I would add a few items at that time and fill up the order the day before delivery. With Sainsbury it appears that I have to make it up to £25 worth at the time of booking the slot, or they won't accept it as an order - is this true ?

With Sainsburys it is a minimum of £40 for the order to accepted. I tend to pop a bottle of Malt Whisky on there to save it and then obviously delete it when I put my proper shop on there. Hope this helps.

Delivery Charges

  • Orders under £40 will be charged £7 for standard delivery
  • Orders over £40 will vary between £1- £5.50
  • Minimum order value £25

@KookyBalonz is it sorted for you yet? I've just had the same problem, I've tried logging in on many different devices and no slots are visible. If my mother tries to get a delivery 2 streets away in the same town she can see loads of slots, so they are obviously available but somehow they won't load for me.

Well this is the second time I replied to this. I hope not speaking too soon but it is ok at the moment. I had to go through to Head Office to get it sorted. I know every time I book I hold my breath.

I haven’t used my sainsbury account for years because there always was a problem so I thought I’ll try again as they are advertising so much.. guess what. The same old problems
