Does anyone have the email address for the CEO of Nike??

Hi all,
reaching out as I am getting nowhere with a complaint about Nike Air Force one trainers!
A pair of these £70 shoes lasted my daughter less than 3 months before they fell apart. The shop where I bought them can’t refund & I’ve emailed Nike customer service twice with no acknowledgment or response with all the purchase proof/info.
Involving the CEO is something I’ve done in the past with great results with other issues, but can’t find this person’s details anywhere. Alternatively does anyone have any experiences where they’ve complained to Nike successfully?

Have you taken to social media? Washing their dirty line in public might make them get a shift on.

Hi- I've not, but having once worked in complaints for a massive well known international firm I know your process works, the ceo would get a complaint emailed and it would be passed to a specialist group of complaints handler and responded to via his office in his name much quicker and swifter than the 8 week FCA timescales etc

Have you tried messaging on LinkedIn? Or the actual nike linked in page leaving your compliant on there tagging them all in? Trading standards? Good luck

@WizardofCoz did you hear anything back? We're having an awful time with Nike. We ordered a backpack directly off Nikes website, the backpack never arrived. It was delivered and a photo taken at a random address that wasn't ours. This was over 3 weeks ago, we have been back and forth with Nike and they just keep saying that they're investigating it. We just want a refund, but they're very dismissive whenever we contact them. Thanks
