reaching out as I am getting nowhere with a complaint about Nike Air Force one trainers!
A pair of these £70 shoes lasted my daughter less than 3 months before they fell apart. The shop where I bought them can’t refund & I’ve emailed Nike customer service twice with no acknowledgment or response with all the purchase proof/info.
Involving the CEO is something I’ve done in the past with great results with other issues, but can’t find this person’s details anywhere. Alternatively does anyone have any experiences where they’ve complained to Nike successfully?
