Vinted returns help needed

Oh wise mumsnestters tell me your wisdom

bought a top on Vinted and need to return it as item is faulty. All agreed with the seller and seller happy to pay postage.

I’ve clicked return but one option says to return it via Inpost and the postage will be taken out of my refund. Or organise my own shipping at pay for it myself ?

please help I have to send it today

@vintedconfusesme your buyer has to select that a/he pays the return postage from their account. I’ve found the sneaky ones agree to a return that you end up paying for, the ‘nice’ ones pay for your postage. Tell your buyer she has to sort it - if you have time! Good luck, Vinted can be a pain!
