Canva: no idea how to use

I'm not a designer. I've never used Canva before.

I'm baffled. Where can I find training on it, please?

What do you need to use it for? (I've spent the best part of the day in there!)

on the Canva app / web site. There’s absolutely loads on there. Or Google “Canva training” or “Canva tutorial”. Literally hundreds of hits.
