Anyone else up who can’t sleep?

Just finished nights.

haven’t health worries atm only actually slept 2 hours after my night shift this morning. I am beyond exhausted but can’t switch off

Just as I got to sleep he woke up, it was just after 3am. I am very glad he's now school age as I feel beyond crap today.

I’ve just dropped eldest DS at work and I’ve climbed back into bed to watch crap on tv
