Nice ways to honour a Dad on anniversary of death

Hi all

It's first approaching the first anniversary of my Dad's death. I'm trying to think of nice ways to honour him.

I'll be on holiday with DH and DS as it's DS birthday a few days after the anniversary.

We're visiting the last country my Dad visited and I might go parasailing as my Dad convinced me he did it (he lied!) so thought I'd do it for him.

Any other nice ideas please?

Every year on my dad's death day and birthday I buy a plant or some flowers. Sorry for your loss. Xx

I think the parasailing sounds like a wonderful idea - both meaningful and will no doubt bring some joy to the day.

A slide show of photos for 3 of you to sit, look and chat about your Dad?

Yes I thought it would be nice. I can't believe he convinced me he did it!

I love the plant idea too.
