Insomnia - anyone else tonight

I was up late reading documents for work. Need about an hour to switch off but have to get up very early to do a report. Need to feel tired. Anyone else - what are you awake for?

Same OP! Haven’t slept a minute, heart is racing. Menopause is horrible, sympathies to anyone else in same boat

I’m trying to build my milk supply up as I’m currently not making enough milk for my baby boy. So I’m pumping every 2-3 hours to tell my body to make more milk.

Bless you. I remember this many moons ago. I’m guessing you have already but Have you tried the list of foods/ supplements etc that boost supply? Vitamin A, D and calcium
foods: whole grains, protein, eggs, nuts and seeds etc
and massage / skin to skin to increase supply

I'm being blanked by my partner. I made a harmless judgement call, turned out to be wrong in their eyes, ot told "you f%cked up", but I'm probably going to be blanked for another week as normal until i beg for forgiveness. Been 24 hours already... that's my insomnia.

Same. We are doing counselling but he didn't like what I said in the session on Monday so I got a stream of angry messages at work yesterday.

I have spoken to work and can work from home today. I feel so guilty doing that as it's a stressful workplace. But also it's my safe space because people actually talk to me.

Thank you. Yes I’ve been including these things and hope they’re helping, I’m sure they are.
