How much do you pay for a full head of hair extensions please? (Yorkshire)

Am considering this, but is it super-spenny? And what about maintenance?

I'm in Yorkshire if anyone is from the region and can give me an idea? (Bonus points for recco's in or around Leeds/Wakefield!)

Are you wanting length or volume? Any idea on number of rows you fancy? Extension type?

I have extensions for thickness, a few rows - the hair was £200+ but lasts a while, maintenance is about £170 every 8 weeks ish for the refitting. Honestly expensive but worth it for me, I love them n

Ha ha! I've no idea about any of that - guess I need to do some more research! 🫣

Deffo for length and want to be able to wear my hair down and up (so wouldn't want the bond things visible if hair up - is that even a thing?

Don't want that acrylic-looking fancy dress hair! So am prepared for it being expensive, but what should I be looking for? (General question to MN - not putting you on the spot, PP!)

I have the little micro bonds - they’re blended so well that I have my hair up with no problem, perhaps in the last week before having them refitted it’s a bit harder, but in general they’re really hard to spot as they’re hair coloured anyway so blend in so well. The placement also matters, my hairdresser places them so well that you can’t see them at all really.

I would say beauty works is a good hair to look at, it’s real hair and well priced, but most salons normally have their preferred hair that they use. None of it should look acrylic as it should all be real human hair + colour blended to your hair (where the hairdresser might order different colour packs and mix them together to look more natural) so hopefully no bad Barbie style hair 😂
