Is strasburg worth a visit and stay over night? Or anywhere close?

Just wondering we are going to europa Park and I'm wondering if going to strasburg is worth a visit at all?

Yes it’s beautiful! An old medieval city - beautiful buildings and the area called Petite-France is particularly beautiful. Lots of interesting museums, old cathedral, scenic boat trips round the Rhine, EU Parliament if you’re into that. Also great restaurants and cafes etc.

Its not too far to Europa Park - we used to live in Strasbourg and would visit the park fairly regularly.

@Sinkingfeeling952 thank you!! We will be flying out from stuttgart and I've also noticed the black forest is On the way so maybe we shld go there for a night

Love Strasbourg, it’s gorgeous and small, so easy to get around. If you’re in the area, it’s a must. Just give the choucroute a miss.

Strasbourg is one of my favourite cities, as is nearby Colmar, smaller but also beautiful. Both are definitely worth a visit if you can fit it in.
