Anyone know what this is?!

It might literally be a balloon. Possibly German from googling.

Its a balloon - if you google the registration in the bottom right you may even find a photo

I believe it may be a gas balloon (if its like the uk and the country of registration doesnt allow you to reuse an airflcraft registration)

@JurgenKloppsTeeth i did wonder that myself as it is not your typical balloon and it looks like it might have been or going to be involved in the race when I searched the registration
