Is this a scam?

I just got a phone call on my mobile phone. It was someone who said they would like to discuss a job with me (I am currently looking for a new job). They said please add my number on whatsapp. It was a recorded message, so the phone rang, I answered, there was this message then the phone hung up.

I hope this is not a stupid question but is this genuine does anyone know? Can you search whatsapp to see who the number belongs to?

Dh gets these and does not respond.

Yes it’s a scam just block the number.

I’ve been getting a lot of these saying they’ve reviewed my CV and want to offer me a job as WhatsApp messages it is a scam I just block the number

I get Whatsapps from these people, often from South Africa
