I’m due on in about 5 days, I’m so pissed off. Everyone is doing my head in, dd is in the full throws of terrible twos and I’m struggling to cope with it atm.
Does annyone else get this awful anger each month???

I did. I had terrible PMDD. Eventually had my ovaries removed as part of hysterectomy and went on HRT. Life changing.
I'm sorry, I know it's hell.

I get very emotional, teary and irrational 3 days before my period comes.

Yes, I'm the same. I get so upset and angry about the most irrational things. I love my husband but he irritates me like nothing else before my period comes and I find myself picking arguments with him over nothing. The minute I start to bleed I'm back to normal. He knows what's causing it and to give me exactly what I need during that time, which might be giving me space, more attention, more help with the kids.

That’s good at least he is aware.
i do the same with my husband then I feel so bad afterward my period comes about how negative I’ve been. I don’t mean to and it’s unfair it happens hormone overload especially after having a baby!
