Cooked a microwave curry in the microwave (obviously) and son ate it. I’ve just seen that the microwave was set to medium instead of high power 🤦🏻‍♀️my five year old has twiddled with the button I hadn’t realised.
it was piping hot definitely and he’s been fine since he ate it at 5ish. I’ve had a look on google and can’t find any info, does anyone know if I have made a terrible mistake?
apart from having microwave curry in the first place, it’s a rare thing that he loves before anyone says anythingGrin

It’s fine! Piping hot is the main thing.

Thankyou, my common sense head says it should be fine but my heart sank when I realised

How on earth would it be a terrible mistake if it was piping hot? I don't understand the logic. It's obviously fine

It’s fine, it was piping hot when you checked it so no problem.

(I do love a microwave curry now and then!)

If it was piping hot I'm sure he will be fine, microwave meals these days the meat is so small 😳 so I'm sure it will of cooked it 😁. x

I’m not a panic merchant usually, I just don’t use a microwave that often and always just have it left on full heat so I didn’t think to check.
Thanks all
