Hey everyone I was 195lbs went down to 168lbs goal weight is 140lbs for my holiday in June decided to have a cheat meal last Thursday went up to 171.8lbs and I went on the scale this morning and Im 170lbs why is it taking so long after my cheat day to get back to my normal weight if it’s only water weight?
is it because the progress for the week has been ruined due to the cheat meal I had last Thursday ?
