Norovirus..

Anyone else? Started last night for me and it has been brutal so far.

Not sure if it’s Noro or food poisoning
Day 3 here
its horrendous

I’m waiting to get it, both DC got it last night/this morning. Currently doing my fourth load of washing. We had the flu a month ago. I’m tired. Feels late in mid March for this much illness.

The dreaded wait knowing what is going to happen is awful. I’m sorry your DC’s have been so unwell, I hope they aren’t suffering too much. I’m anticipating my 2 DCs getting it

Not here but colleagues and friends have had it and it’s been brutal - taking over a week to recover and often coming down with it again a few weeks later. Read somewhere this years strains are stronger - not sure how scientific this was but feels true from what I have heard.

Norovirus is on of the things that can cause food poisoning

Had it a few weeks back and was absolutely horrendous with it. Lost 7kg in just over a week.

Second week I ended up hospitalised - I'd been vomiting so much some of it had got into my lungs and I ended up with aspirated pneumonia!

oh my goodness that is awful! I’m so sorry you were so unwell and that is a huge amount of weight to lose. Scary! Glad you are better

I have just managed 2 bits of toast.. fingers crossed this the end!
