I would keep the same starting country even if it comes up. There’s quite a bit of repetition. We had New Zealand twice in one week I think.

Yeah you're right about keeping the same starter country as if you keep to it. you can remember the distances. For example, yesterday's answer was Spain - my starter country and if its 8000km away, guess Fiji

If I was starting with Spain, I'd say that India rather than Fiji with a roughly 8h plane journey. Fiji is much further out. I have a tendency to use air distances rather than land but it gets you in the ballpark. I have been using France as a starter country the last fortnight.
