Ideas needed for Team games/tasks

I’ve been asked to arrange a work quiz to break up a long training day. It’s a large, diverse group of people and I’d like to break up the quiz with a few physical/taskmaster type games between rounds.
Some ideas I’ve had-
Nominate someone from your team to be the first to blow up 5 balloons or build a house of cards. Or go and find 5 blue things.
Anyone got any ideas? I want things that don’t involve a lot of resources and each one should take only a few minutes. Thanks

Play your cards right - all the team can join in

workplace bingo

physical games
the ones you mentioned seem a good idea
ask a question like ‘ who has worked at the company the longest from each team’, ‘who is the newest member of the team’ , ‘who has the seat closest to the boss’, ‘who arrives earliest in the workplace’ etc and the person from the team needs to get down to the front first.

Make and fly paper airplanes.
keep a ball or balloon in the air
give everyone an envelope with the name of an animal, eg 5xlion, 5xtiger etc. people have to move around the room and find the others on the same animal team. No shouting allowed.

Love some of these. I really like the paper plane idea but might need to go outside to fly them which is a bit tricky logistically. I’ll have a think how I can make that work.

This looks fun but will take too long. Thanks though.

This is a great idea. I do actually have access to a load of hula hoops. Thanks.
