Ocado delivery - rejecting substitutions taking me under minimum order value?

Ocado offered me a £20 voucher off my next shop if it was over £70. Shop came to £72 so voucher was applied.

It's due at 8am and I've just woken up to an email saying one item has been substituted - for a flavour that absolutely nobody in this house would ever drink.

But if I reject the substitute, the order value will drop just below £70 so does that mean the voucher will be removed? And rejecting it will actually cost me more money than keeping it? Or do they honour the voucher in this situation?

I think it will be ok,as it's a sub and not your choice.

Hand the sub back at the door once you have the delivery?

I'd call them when they open (7am) and ask. Their customer service is really good.

Thanks, I didn't realise they opened so early so I'll just call them in a bit!
