What to do about Amazon issue

Back in January I made an online order for a few things. One of them was for a tool that I needed for a DIY job. I got a delivery date. The date came but it wasn't delivered. A few more days pass and I was checking the tracking but still it wasn't.

I requested a refund.

Then after a few days or weekends passes and then it was delivered. I don't have dates written down but I do remember it was a 6 or 7 days pass the delivery date that was said on my Amazon order.

I was refunded and then eventually my order was delivered. I still had work to do so I opened my order and got to work with it.

Then at some stage Amazon has requested me to return the item giving me until the end of march to return.

I checked on my Amazon account to see if I can pay for the order again but I don't see that as an option.

What do you think I could do? Just got another notification from Amazon about this.

Order another one. Return it against the first order?

Or ring them/use the chat and ask for the refund to be reversed.

You need to contact them, if you go to Customer Service at the bottom of the page there are some choices of what you want to do, either go through where the order is listed or there is a bit below which says payments, charges and invoices, you should then get to a page where you can either do an online chat or they will ring you back, callbacks are fairly immediate, hopefully you can just arrange payment then

I’ve used live chat before and it was very efficient.

Read the email they’ve sent you again. It usually states in it that if you don’t return the item by the date that they’ll just take the money again. So if you do want the item then they’ll probably just sort it out their end.
