I can't drink anymore without a stinking hangover.
I look at cake and put on weight.
Can't enjoy a nice meal out without indigestion.
Tired by 9pm.
Need to put make up on everyday or I look like an albino mole.

What the hell happened??

Albino mole 😂😂😂😂

I’m 34
I have seborrheic keratosis popping up everywhere
the plaque on my teeth comes back faster and faster even though I brush, floss etc
The skin on the back of my hands looks different
I am clearly ‘old’ to the local teenagers

It sounds like you could do with having a chat with your doctor, and having some blood tests done.
If you have had viruses recently, have you considered you could have post viral fatigue? If it's that, the best thing you can do is rest up to reduce the chances of it becoming ME/CFS .
Avoid other viruses where you can too - HEPA filters, ventilation and FFP2 masks where appropriate will help. Also an antiviral nasal spray such as viraleze may help you.
Good luck I hope you start to feel better soon 💐

You need electrolytes! I got disgusting hangovers and now I’m fine. I also mix most drinks with soda water which keeps my hydrated throughout the night.

can’t help you with the cake or paleness as I’m there with you. But I recommend vitamins.

you have three kids and you’re 30 so they must be quite young too. That’s why you’re tired. I’m tired just reading that. I have 1 13 year old and that’s more than enough. You should be proud at how well you’re doing, even though you don’t feel it.
