Herbal cigarettes

What are herbal cigarettes like? Are they nice? Better than regular cigarettes?

Basically I used to be a smoker for a long time. I gave up about 2017 time using the vape. It was hard at first. Eventually I weaned myself of the vape.

I came to a situation last year where I nearly wanted to unalive myself. I was having trouble with an aging parent who was giving me a lot of trouble. Then there was a day in work, where I was working hard but it didn't matter what I did, it wasn't good enough. I work in care and one of the people poured a drink in the bed. So I changed the bedclothes and I got crap from a supervisor because I changed bedclothes that were wet because they have too much laundry and bills. I changed it because of they were wet. I got grief.

In that moment of time, I got up and got ready to go out the door because I should have finished hours before that but I wasn't allowed.

That night it was about 10pm on a Monday and I went straight to the local shop, bought a packet of cigarettes, walked around the corner and lit one. I nearly got sick. I walked to the pub and had another one outside. Closing time came and I walked home and had more cigarettes. As I went into cigarette number 5/6 they were beginning to taste ok and I decided I would smoke the rest of them. That night I ordered new vape supplies.

Since then I weaned myself of the vape again. There is just so much messing around with the tank and charging and charging coils and juices. If I find a coil later tonight I might set it up again.

I am in a bad place again and I am thinking about herbal cigarettes. Will they help me?

Has anyone here tried herbal cigarettes? The ones that you could find in health food shops like hollandandbarret as an example?

They may have improved since I last tried them but they were absolutely disgusting. And the smell was like burning manure. Vile things. But as I say they may have improved, only way to know really is to try some.

I did stop smoking about 20 years ago but still very addicted to nicotine via vapes or lozenges. Would love to stop but the addiction is real.
