Ring door bell - replacement?

The Ring doorbell subscription has expired, still galling that it's now £50 a year 😡

Can anyone recommend a cheaper option/replacement? ( I know I'm cutting my nose to spite my face!)

We are switching from Ring to Eufy when our ring subscription ends in july. The eufy is dearer to buy, but has a memory card so no subscription for cloud storage. I know a few people that have switched and are really happy.

We have a doorbell amd camera, so subscription is about £100 a year if I recall correctly.

We switched to Eufy due to the subscription-it's great.

I've switched from Google to Eufy, so another vote for Eufy.

Three cameras and a doorbell, and not a subscription in sight.

Eufy, I switched when my ring died a couple of years ago and I much prefer it to the ring now

My DF has just bought a Tapo and says its great. Again, no subscription as it uses a memory card.

Eufy. We have the one where you put an SD card in the 'chime' unit which is plugged into a plug in the hallway. All the events from the doorbell are stored locally on the SD card, but can be viewed and downloaded online through the Eufy app as the chime unit also connects to the WiFi network.

We have a Blink doorbell with the sync module, no monthly fee for that as it stores the files on a USB stick.

Same, blink with a USB.
Never had a problem.
