Acné scars

Can Anyone recommend treatment or cream for acne scars for my teen son?
He has mild/severe acne that we are trying to control but I had never thought it would scar so fast 😓

You are great off focusing your effort on treating the acne. Some GPs are not very helpful, if you have found this to be the case then of suggest seeing another gp or dermatologist

I’d try something with niacinamide or azelaic acid to help with the scars. Also, make sure he uses sunscreen every day. If it’s really bad, seeing a dermatologist might be a good idea. Came across hyperpigmentation.org.uk recently, worth a look. Hope it helps!
