Now I know most of you are busy mums working etc I’m an oap and have just started seriously walking I’ve managed 17.500 today in three separate walks mind you not all at once, I’ve been doing on average 8,000 day but decided I’d have a real go to see how many I could achieve as it’s been a nice but cold day, pleasantly surprised my I watch stated it’s over 6 miles I bet I can’t move tomorrow, doing this f to get fit more than weight loss, Anyone else enjoying walking
