Waitrose Home Deliveries

Anyone have this? The folks across the road are having it as I type, even though the nearest store is a good 30 mins away. I gather Waitrose prices are more reasonable these days.

I much prefer Ocado. Unless it has improved, I changed from Waitrose due to the amount of short dated foods and fruit/veg that was rotten within a couple of days of delivery.

Ocado (and many other delivery services) don’t operate here. I get Waitrose deliveries and have been very pleased with them. The drivers are never in a rush, and always friendly and helpful. I’ve not had a problem with short dates either.

Yes, they’re fab. Saver slot is only £2 which is great for us

I occasionally have Waitrose delivers, usually one at Christmas, store is only about a mile away though so quite easy to pop in for Waitrose stuff I want and have routine deliveries from other supermarkets. If one wasn't close I would probably get all my deliveries from them. Fruit and veg always good and long dates on stuff

I use Waitrose delivery, although I don't buy a lot of fruit and veg from then as I have a separate veg box and also pick up stuff from Aldi. Their delivery drivers are great, not too many substitutions.

I have a weekly Waitrose delivery - moved over from 15+ years as an Ocado shopper when they went to M&S food.

I very rarely have subs, they are always very punctual and polite, the food is good quality, and if you meal plan and buy sensibly, it's no more expensive really.
