30 hour code

Hi
Currently I have the 15 hours code. On the gov website it says I can apply for the 30 hours code when ds is 2 years 36 weeks which he is.
Now for the life of me I can't see any kind of form on the gov childcare website to apply for the 30 hours.
Can someone guide me please or do I need to wait a bit longer until he is closer to 3.
Also does anyone know if I can use 15 hours in one setting and the additional 15 hours in another setting.

Thanks in advance.

I know you can split the hours over multiple settings as I've done so in the past. Not sure how the codes work with the changes though, id assume it automatically changes to 30 hours from the date and you just do the reconfirmation as normal

The code is the same, you just need to reconfirm as necessary.

When you reconfirm your code it should be 30 hours.

You can split your funding if you find two settings willing to split it - just make sure you decide which setting gets the universal 15 and which gets the extended 15 and everyone is on the same page, check the funding declaration you sign carefully.
