Toddler vitamins that don’t cause constipation

I have tried a few different brands of vitamins for my 2 year old however unfortunately each one that I have tried has resulted in constipation. She is an ok eater. Fussy in some ways but will happily eat fruit most fruit and veg.

She has plenty of calcium and loves her milk still. So I stopped with the vitamins. However I feel like she is perhaps a bit lacking in energy lately so I have booked a GP appointment and I am looking for vitamin recommendations.

Has anyone got any recommendations please? I have googled the life out of this but can’t find much so perhaps it isn’t a common side effect for others!?

GP will just say take a multivitamin and may prescribe movicol if it’s needed. Everyone should br taking a vitamin D supplement and I think the NHS recommends under 5a take a multivitamin.

I’ve never heard of a multivitamin causing constipated but I have heard of too much cow milk causing constipation.
