ChatGPT

I am autistic and ChatGPT has been a revelation to me. I am self employed and have clients, so I have been using it to maintain records in 'projects', which is helping me when I have to communicate as I can ask ChatGPT to give me a summary of what's been discussed, etc. It has also helped me make sense of client communication as I often misread the tone and intention, and it's been amazing in helping me construct emails to clients that don't come across as blunt or rude as typically I am not one for niceties, etc. I realise I have to be careful as ChatGPT is easily recognisable, so I use it as a guide but hopefully the final communication still sounds like me.

I was just wondering in which ways has ChatGPT helped you, whether it's in your professional or personal life, as I feel there's probably a world out there for me to discover. I am on the premium option.😊

Same, I don't have a diagnosis but I struggle with communication and tone sometimes. Chat gpt has really helped me with wording difficult feedback in a way that's not going to piss people off.

Sometimes my emails are far too long so it can help me to cut them down for me.

I have some large projects that I struggle with structure and it can help with that too.

It really is an amazing tool when used properly.
