It's unlikely, probably just a bit pink from a blood vessel.

Was it freshly made or commercial item? Hot when you ate it?

I doubt it. It's been through an industrial oven to cook it and the pieces are tiny. That but is just blood vessel or vein where it burst. Gross as it sounds but that's what happens if you eat animals. I do eat meat btw so not being a preachy veggie. You'll be fine.
Out of interest, why did you take the whole samosa apart?

Im such a wimp about meat, it gives me the ick knowing where it came from so I do tend to panic when its not completely beige😩

They fell apart! its probably just me being a messy eater, oops, but this was after id eaten what I could with my hands, I was about to polish off the scraps that fell out when I noticed the colour and got a bit wary 😳

I think you'll be fine. I think the filling is usually cooked and cooled first, so I still suspect it was a blood vessel, especially after a double cooking and being hot when you ate it.

@lala56 you need a better constructed samosa! Or just get the veg ones. If you get a bit icked by meat that's normal. If I don't know the origins of it I can be suspicious too. But don't worry! X
