Not a toy but beloved as one - Giraffe hat!

Last week the only hat I have EVER been able to persuade my 19mo daughter to wear fell out of our buggy in the local park. We know it did cos the park wardens tell me so - shame they left it there all afternoon and didn't think to pick it up And big boos to whoever did pick it up and keep it...

It was a Legionnaires style cap, in blue with a giraffe's head coming down the peak. On the legionnaires flap at the back it was printed with the back of the giraffe's neck and a felt tail. Our hat was in blue with yellow/brown giraffe but they come in pink too.

It was bought at a local outlet village, in a children's concession of the Edinburgh Woollen Mill. They don't have any more and aren't going to be ordering any. They tell me that the supplier was a company called Marshalls.

To say we are upset is an understatement, we both loved this hat. I've bought another to save her head this week while I search for a replacement but she's not convinced!Any help would be much appreciated, I will happily buy one from you! I have mailed EWM, suppliers, lost property etc but am hoping Mumsnet can help....
Many thanks.
