What's your favourite food from another country?

I'm Iranian, and although we have a lot of yummy food, one food that everybody loves that isn't often served in our restaurants here is kotlet.
It's basically fried patties made of minced bief, potatoes, onion, gram flour or breadcrumbs, an egg and some spices.
They are absolutely delicious, crispy and crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle.
