I have been a single mum for 11 years, I have worked all of that time but been entitled to in work benefits, first tax credits and then universal credit.
Today I closed my claim because finally, I earn enough money to lose my entitlement.
I have worked so hard for this and I am so proud. obviously I don’t discuss my finances in real life with people but I am just so happy I thought I would share it here.
