Lose weight/move more

Sort the garden out

De-clutter the house which has just reminded me that I need to order a skip for things I can't give to charity etc

To get an entire giant hundred piece sushi and sashimi platter, just for me, and eat it with my fingers, no chopsticks (no, no no), just dig in. Put it back in fridge, get it out of fridge tomorrow, and so on until it’s done. Each time I pass the Japanese restaurant near my office I think of this, yet I keep waiting for a "good time" to do it. But I think now I know what I’m doing next weekend.

I did Dry Jan and a keto diet throughout January, so through a combination of that already lost a stone and got all my outstanding DIY jobs done for this quarter ✔️

Thank you and you too. I'm enjoying cooking healthier food.

I think as the weather gets better I'm getting more motivated.
