Baking/Roasting Trays Recommomendations

Hi,

Can anyone recommend decent, non scratch, dishwasher safe metal baking trays please? I do have a pyrex glass one but don’t like it for everything.

I bought some Tala ones thinking they’d be decent but they’ve ended up scratched (user error tbf).

Dishwasher safe is a good to have but I could manage without that.

Thank you for any ideas.

John Lewis are good

I second John Lewis

@RobinHumphries @SnowFrogJelly thank you both. Are there a particular type you go for? I like the idea of enamel but the Tala ones are enamel and not the best.

I think it’s the eaziglide we have. Honestly they are lasting so well and go in the dishwasher

I'm going to get industrial catering style stainless steel next time. All the coated metal ones scratch or go rusty in the curled lip.

I’ve just bought stainless steel muffin (well, Yorkshire pudding) trays but I haven’t used them yet because my oven broke and it’s just been replaced. I did wonder about stainless steel roasting trays but I don’t know if they’ll stick. I do have stainless steel pans that have been going strong for 17 years though so it’s worth a look.

I actually have some trays in the oven that came with the last one that are the perfect size but they’re a pain to wash as they don’t fit in the sink and the dishwasher doesn’t always get the heated on oil off.

I have scoville never stick and they have been amazing. I had to replace one after 6 years but it had been absolutely battered and not looked after at all
