What's the "luckiest" moment of your life been?

Just thinking about it. Me and DH bought a plot of land and got planning permission on it that we didn't think we were going to get and it's meant we live in a house we'd probably never have got any other way. It was a moment that changed our lives and it was mostly luck tbh. What's your luckiest moment been? Or least lucky if you can't think of one!

Bit cringey, but turning down a slightly higher paying job to take a risk on another, and being put on a project with my now husband. I don’t think I would have met him otherwise!

Mine might be a pretty awful bit of 'luck', but lucky it was ultimately. I was run over by a car as a kid (entirely my fault for not paying attention) but fortunately (!) the fracture in my skull was large enough that I wasn't killed or otherwise harmed by any swelling around my brain because it 'gave' slightly
