Rose with tonic?

I’ve just opened some rose wine and it’s rank.

I have a bottle of tonic in the fridge. Would it be extra rank to add it to the rose, or it make it less rank?

Extra rank.

Id add some lemonade.

I agree that lemonade would be better. Tonic doesn't taste very nice either so can't see how it would make the wine nicer!

Oh no, no lemonade here. I’ve just had a look in the fridge and I’ve got normal tonic and schweppes hibiscus tonic.

I’m starting to think if I have another glass it will start to taste nice.

It might work with hibiscus tonic and some lemon juice and a bit of sugar... kind of spritz?!

I had a really strong wine and with the tonic added it was more like a flavoured G&T

Go to the shop and buy more wine before it's too late

It possibly needs a bit of sugar syrup?
But will probably give you a bad hangover...

Lots of ice cubes to dilute the rankness.

The second and third glasses did not taste any better unfortunately! With or without tonic!!

And how was your head today?! Rough wine tends to always be the worst...

Surprisingly ok! I did have a few glasses of water to wash away the rank taste so that must have helped!

Yuck just bin the bad wine life is too short
